I am a Pilates Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor and a Taekwon-Do Instructor who likes to bring affordable fitness to anyone who is interested. I am more interested in setting you lifestyle changing goals than focusing on superficial changes such as weight loss. That comes naturally with changes to our sedentary lifestyle. My background in Sport and Exercise Psychology helps me to understand what triggers certain behaviours that do not coincide with a healthy lifestyle. I am 44 this year and I love to help someone make changes in their life that makes them become a happier, healthier person. The only changes that become permanent are sustainable changes that you as a person can live with. I will work with you to help you achieve those goals.
