Dan Breen has been working in the Health and Fitness industry for over 10 years and a provides a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience. He holds first class honours degrees from the Munster Technological University, in Health, Fitness and Leisure (BSc) and from the University of Limerick, in Sports Performance (MSc). Dan is an active member of the Register of Exercise Professionals of Ireland and a qualified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach. He believes in creating a fun, supportive and challenging environment in order to get the very best results for his clients. He is the founder and owner of Inception Performance, a client-centric personal training studio providing top class professional coaching with both in-person, hybrid, and online solutions available.
